'Soft Pet Toys' are these

It should be specified that the Yule Yuan handheld is the yellow model; like a lot of digital pets, these seem to come in multiple color variants.

The "Soft Pet Toys" are collectively titled Mocchiri Pet Mocchimaruzu (もっちりペット もっちまるず), though the 2020 version seems to be titled Mocchifuwa Pet Mocchimaruzu (もっちふわペット もっちまるず).

There should be no real functional changes from splitting up / moving around the GeneralPlus code (nothing functional has changed yet, it's mostly just adding some notes that I'll need for further work)

Names for all the new sets should be as good as we can get them for now.

Hopefully this can get merged as a point to continue work from.
